The apartment had everything I needed, like a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved lounging on the balcony with the beanbags. Oh, and the continental breakfast was definitely not luxury, but it was.interesting.

The cleanliness of the place was questionable, with dust under the bed and sofa. And those silverfish bugs on the bathroom floor were just delightful.

The bathroom was good, it had a bath. The apartment had unbeatable and exceptionally nice location to all the sightseeing attractions. It was set in a quiet street.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe with the two levels of defense and security guard. The location was superb, close to all the sightseeing attractions but amazingly quiet at night. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with Wawel Castle and the main square just a few minutes' walk away. Being in such close proximity to these popular sites makes it convenient to explore the city easily. the apartment is well-designed and equipped for a comfortable stay. the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the kitchen has all the necessary appliances including a fridge, kettle, and toaster.

There were some minor cleanliness issues in the apartment, with a smelly bottle on the balcony and the floor not being completely clean. these issues were easy to overlook in light of the overall positive experience at the hotel.

During our recent stay at Otium Old Town Na Groblach Square, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the lack of English channels on the TV and the dated furniture in the apartment, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.
